Taking my money, parthetic service, empty promises

I've purchased an item from Groupon in January. Almost 3 months later I have not received anything!

I've logged numerous support tickets, the last one was answered on 15 March - still no action!!

Refund my money immediately - I've been patient long enough!

My Groupon experience so far:

1) Expensive jewellery I purchased, was left at the unmanned reception desk at our office block. Fortunatley a colleague saw it and delivered it to me.
2) Sleeve blankets I ordered for the winter 2012, arrived summer 2012.
3) Photobooks I ordered - pathetic service from the supplier, treated me like.
4) Floor steamer - used it once, does not work as promised, straight to the dustbin.

Please refund my money without further delay so that I can close my account with Groupon.
