Incompetent, poor customer service. Never will use

I had purchased a product from groupon 3 months ago. To this day it has not been delivered. After many emails and radio silence i called the call centre, where bad attitudes and incompetence reigns.

I was informed that my product was out of stock and i will be issued a refund, and when i asked why, the agent ignored me and and acted as though there was no one on the line proceeding to end the call. Very mature customer service strategy...

Needless to say, i have already informed over 50 people and counting not to use such a platform because promises are falsified, and the company lacks integrity.

hopefully i will not have to wait weeks for my refund like the others here, but knowing the reputation of this company its an inevitability.
