I made and paid for an order in December. For 3 months I chased my order even phoning the supplier myself. Not only was the supplier permanently out of reach (to the point of me querying their existence) but all the contact numbers Groupon staff gave me were wrong and the supplier never returned any of my emails. Eventually I cancelled and Groupon agreed to refund my money in 3 - 5 working days... That was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting.

I will never buy another deal through Groupon let alone promote them and I will never encourage anyone to use Decoclocks.
