Total lack of service

I placed an order for a small item that can easily be packed into a small box and posted. Deal click said that I would receive the item in 25 days. I purchased the item on the 2013-10-23, that was 54 days ago. I have sent them a request to sort this out and the told me I could track the parcel on their web site. My parcel has been in transit for over a week now. It must be coming by horse. I will not buy from this site again. and will spread the word to all that will listen.
