Validity Date on Voucher in question

Its seldom that we get to read positive reviews on these sites, so I'm happy to be writing a Positive Review of my interactions with a member of the Groupon Team.
I had an issue with the Validity Date on a Voucher and was actually staying at hotel in question at the time of issue...
Maurisia was dealing with the query, and although we were fighting from very different corners and points of view it never degenerated into a messy catfight as often these things tend to do... Instead we dealt with it in a calm way and Marurisia was very thorough in investigating all the issues and spent a long time getting to the bottom of the problem... Her professionalism and calm were a huge factor in my positive report today...
The end game was that everyone was happy with the result Me/Groupon and Hotel Manager (Pity all business in life can't be like that eh...??)
