GROUPON SELLS FALSE VOUCHERS

My wife purchased a voucher for my birthday from groupon: "Restaurant: 250g rump or fillet with sides and a red house wine at Food Fanatix" This voucher was listed under Johannesburg. When we tried to book a table yesterday we discovered that no such restaurant exists and all the phone numbers that were given to us are fictitious. The details given to us are for a DURBAN BASED CATERING COMPANY CALLED FOOD FANATIX who has now had to endure countless pointless phone calls from irate groupon customers. I think its about time that groupon SA shuts down because they are incompetent and and i encourage people never to buy the vouchers or support this pathetic excuse for a business. I will be opening a case of today against Groupon SA and please take this as a demand to refund my monies IMMEDIATELY. I would also insist that some form of compensation be made out to [URL Removed] for all the time and effort that they have put in to dealing with this issue as THEY ARE NOT EVEN THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VOUCHER!!! Yet Groupon SA still gives these details out to the customers... This is the fourth botched voucher in a row we have dealt with in 6 months!
