I bought a voucher for my mothers Birthday Nov 2012. I could only get a booking with this Sara Spa in February 2013. When I phoned Sara Spa on the 14/02/2013 to get directions I was informed that they closed down as the owner passed away. No correspondence was sent from Groupon informing their clients of the closing down. I phoned Groupon the 14 Feb 2012 and spoke to Vuyo and she promised this will be done with in 5 days. I than phoned back on the 18 Feb 2013 very upset and spoke to another incompetent consultant Rean (who left in the mean while or so they say). When I phoned in today to find out when I will be getting my R400 I was told the request was never sent. NMariesha informed me she will escalate it to the Refunds manager and I will get an email from her shortly. Still waiting for the email. My mother is still waiting for her gift. GROUPON is daylight and it just teaches a person not to buy rubbish from the internet.
