R999_REFUND OUTSTANDING

Since the 15 October 2013 I have been unsuccessful in receiving a refund initially for undelivered goods. Then the goods were delivered after the request for the refund. Returned goods and sent proof of return to Groupon. A lot of promises from Groupon that they will refund the R999 but to date I have not received the refund. Help please. I can't afford to lose a R1000.
