Where's my refund

Groupon sold me two car baby seats that kept breaking and were of inferior quality. Groupon picked up the baby seats and promised me a refund as soon as they were picked up. Two weeks later and I still have not received my refund. I made it very clear to Groupon that this is urgent as we need to buy new baby seats but they obviously do not care about their customers (ex customer now).

This is the second time I have had serious hassles getting my refund from Groupon. Last time I had to instruct my bank to reverse the charges as I could not get a reply from them.

No wonder Groupon shares are falling; you have non existent customer service
