Good Morning!
I ordered and paid for a photobook through Groupon in april last year and for the past 10 - 11 months I try to get hold of them to find out from then why I did not received my photobook, but no response...
Herewith one of my emails to them:
I have paid and ordered a Personera photobook... This was in April 2012... Since then I have phoned in... and only once spoke to a consultant... helping me... but as today 16 January 2013 - have not received my Photobook... I am very discusted in this service I received... either send my photobook or pay back my money...
Email I received once I paid... and order:

Payment for your product has been accepted.
Your order number is 4fab84611eb8c. Please save this number and use it in all correspondence with us regarding your order.
Your product will be professionally printed, packaged and shipped to you shortly.

and this is one of the e-mails I recieved apon phoning in and nothing since.
