What a nice surprise!

On Tuesday 26 March I walked into the QPhoto branch at Hatfield with a photobook I wanted to have printed. Wayne was the one who took me under his wing and for an hour we checked the book for errors and bad photos. He was very helpful and attentive and we managed to sort out several problems. (One slipped through, but it's not his fault). He calculated that the book should be ready by 3 April, taking into account the long weekend, but on Thursday, 28th I got a sms to notify me that my book was ready. I was hugely surprised and very pleased. When I checked the tax invoice that went with the book I was upset to notice that I paid considerably more than the invoice showed and took this slip and the till slip to the branch to enquire. They very soon explained that the tax invoice belongs to them and that I had not been billed wrongly. The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful and I will happily take my next photobook to be printed there again.
