BK Photobooks Poor Customer Service

I ordered and paid for my BK Photobook on Nov 13th. According to the website it should take 10 working days to deliver from payment. A proof of payment was also sent. On Nov 23rd I received an e-mail stating that the payment is outstanding. I again sent proof of payment. When I checked on my order Nov 27th It still stated that the payment was outstanding. I sent a third proof of payment along with a complaint on Nov 27th but have not received any reply as of yet. Still the order says that the payment is outstanding. I was suppose to receive the book this week. Instead I am receiving no customer service. I needed the book for a deadline. BK photobooks is not a trustworthy service.
