Refund my money please

I requested a refund on the 31st Jan 2013 because your supplier moved premises and I could not go to the new place. Since then I have been moved from pillar to post by your contact centre agents.
Eventually, I was told by Kaldwin that the money will be in my account within 5 days from the 5th March 2013.
Nothing happened so far and now I must send my bank statement to prove that i havent received the money...
Can you please process my refund and I do not want the Groupon Voucher.
