Groupon pathetic sercice and for my refund

I am so sick and tired of groupon i have sent numerous emails regarding feedback on my refund to my credit card and they keep sending automated email back saying their staff will attend to it in 72 hours and they send another email saying to rate the customer service which clearly doesnt exist cos the tel numbers supplied by them is automated i want to speak to a human being at groupon not automation which tells u press a number to speak to some1 which takes u back to the main menu when u do. Groupon owes me my refund of R445 and i ordered pot set for R1600 and airbed at R349 which i have not yet received, i always buy from groupon and did not have issues but now they are really me off with this pathetic service... its like no one works at groupon or if they do on a very small scale of staff cos how can no1 have attended to my refund email to dat??!!!
