NON DELIVERY OF GOODS PURCHASED & BAD SERVICE

I Purchased goods from Groupon in October 2012, we are currently in March 2013 and to date have not taken delivery of my item.

I was told when i called in last year that even though i was in the first batch of people that order, i would have to wait until the second batch is done and the deal is closed to get the order processed.

So i have since email NUMEROUS times, Called only to have the phone put down on me a few times and then it just rings when you call agai

January this year i was told the reason i did not receive the order is because they have been out of stock, so my question is if i was in the first batch of order WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE my order and instead get told OUT OF STOCK.

Im very disappointed as this is not the way to do Business, and when you send emails to Support, the ONLY chance of receiving any feedback is if you RESEND a few times.

I think atleast give your customers a call and advise on the status of the delivery especially if you received NUMEROUS call and email from them.
