Waited months and now no stock

I am VERY disappointed in groupon! My mom bought a Christmas gift for my 1 and a half year old son, with more than enough time for it to be delivered for Christmas. After my mother had to call and email numerous times, and them promising it Will be delivered this Wednesday... doesn't come, then more emails... and promises that it will come on Friday... reminded that i need to stay home for the day to wait for the delivery... still no delivery!!! It's now march, and we get told that there is no stock and we won't be getting the item we paid for over 3 months ago. And my son is still without his Christmas present. This is absolutely disgusting that they can have such terrible organisation, and sell things that they do not even have stock of. Not to mention they NEVER get hold of you to tell you what's happening with your order, we always have to be the ones to call and enquire and pay for the extra calls and waste our time on constantly enquiring about our order. Disgusting and very dissapointing service!!!
