Still not refunded by Groupon

Received a reply on the 7th January 2013 from Shouneez Williams at Groupon, telling me my money was going to be refunded it would take 3 to 5 days. I allowed for Saturday and Sunday with them not being working days, however still todate no refund. Now what am I supose to do...
