Wouldn't Refer Wicount Even If They Paid Me!

I ordered Mini Programmable LED Fan with USB Port online, paid for it and was quite excited to give it to my hubby as a valentine's gift. I sent many emails enquiring about the delivery date and nobody bothered to respond to me, I just got "read receipts" all the time. Finally I phoned JHB office and they said they would check on it and let me know, surprise the next day it arrived, but still nobody contacted me. In the parcel which was long over due was a battery operated hand-held fan, not what I ordered! I emailed Wicount to notify them. After many more emails and "read receipts" coming back to me I finally phoned and was told that they would enquire at Magicbox on my behalf and let me know. Eventually days passed yet again and after a few more emails with just "read receipts" as response I phoned JHB asking when they were going to collect the item and exchange it for the correct one. They said Candice at Magicbox is snowed under and apologized. A few hours later I got a mail saying that it would be collected tomorrow morning and I should advise them so that a refund could be arranged. I want the item, not a refund! My money back doesn't compensate for the bad service and wait!
