POOR service: still no refund after 4 weeks!

I have experienced very poor customer service from Wicount and would not recommend using their online deals.
Part of the problem in this instance is with the supplier, Calasca, who provided an offer for a chrome pasta machine. I bought the Wicount deal for this online but received no confirmation email from Wicount. I phoned Wicount who told me that there was no sign of my order and advised me to buy the Wicount deal again. I did this and about 10 days later received two pasta machines and had been charged for both of them.
I emailed Wicount to resolve this and received no reply. I phoned them and was told someone would call me back. Nobody called back. I phoned them again and advised by the supplier that I must return the second machine in person. In the meantime I used one of the machines to make pasta only to find that it was faulty. I therefore returned both machines to Calasca and was advised I would be refunded for both within 7 - 10 days. It has now been 4 weeks and I have still not received a refund despite repeated emails to both Wicount and Calasca.
