I would just like to inform everyone of a criminal organization called Wicount. NEVER BUY any goods from them. This is how the works.
You buy something
You get an order number
And nothing happens
When you begin to enquire as to where the item is, they shift the focus of the non delivered item to how it was your responsibility to track the item and collect it when it was at the post office.
So let's play along and assume that it was. Wicount has done nothing since then. They said that they will get back to me. Nothing. Emails are ignored. Calls are made, and when you do talk to someone, they shift the focus again to it being your responsibility, instead of resolving this.
