Wicount don't bother responding

I sent in a request to refund me my expired Wicounts in Feb 2013, I was asked for the voucher numbers which was sent through and now more than a month later I still don't have my refunds or any feedback.

This is really poor service when compared to Groupon that did my refunds overnight...
