Pathetic Service

We bought a Groupon voucher for a full body massage with a manicure or pedicure for two people for the value of R1000-00. The voucher is valid until 11 December 2013. We have tried several times in the past to make a booking, every time the ladies working there told us different stories and gave us empty promises of phoning us back and emailing us a price list. On Tuesday, Lelani told us that the lady doing the facials left the salon, and took all the beauty products with her, but they will send us an email with the price list, so we can have a look at that if we want to change the full body massage for something else. They did not email us. We phoned again today, 29 November 2013. Monique was very rude over the phone and said it's Friday, they are very busy and we have to wait until Lelani send the mail. She also said that they are fully booked and cannot accommodate us anymore. How is that possible? This is the worst service I have ever experienced at a salon! How can they advertise a service, and then after buying the voucher, tell you they cannot deliver the service anymore?
