Groupon - (STILL DIDNT RECIEVED ANY RESPONSE!!!)

On December, 3 2012 I send a message to groupon! And also phoned a FEW times!! I send me a automatic response and gave me a reference number. I phoned groupon and they told me they will pay back my money!!! Well it is 3 months later and NOTHING happened!!! They probably are going to send me another automatic reply back!!! GROUPONS CUSTOMERCARE ARE USELESS!!!
