Sara spa not responding

I bought a voucher for SARA SPA on Groupon, I phoned them and made a booking for 7 Jan 2013. I phoned them the day before to confirm everything was ok. They told me they cant find the diary. I had to phone them back 3 x before I was told sorry they made an error and I wasnt supposed to be booked on the 7th of Jan. They informed they were moving and they would phone me on 15 Jan to make a new booking. No one phoned me back. I have been trying to phone and phone., 3 different cell phones... they dont answer one of them Getting quite concerned now. Fear I have been!!!
