In November 2012 I purchased a Readers Digest 12 month subscrlption as a Christmas gift for a family member in Durban. To date it has never arrived. I have been trying since December to ascertain what happened to the gift that I had already paid for, but just got the answer, sorry a delay from the Supplier and it should be there between the 7th - 10th January, needless to say, it has never been delivered.
I have mailed support and refunds to have my money refunded to me, and to date, now we are in March, there has been no contact of when I can expect the return of MY money.

No wonder your UK CEO/Founder was fired. I would love to fire all of the Groupon employees, and start anew. New blood, that have an attitude of service.

COME ON GROUPON, PAY ME MY MONEY BACK, PLEASE!!!
