Almost 30 days without a refund

It's been 30 days without a refund - i keep on getting the same response everytime i log a hellopeter complaint - Groupon doesn't care what the rest of the world thinks about them. They want my bank statement. I will not give them this - they can give me their's to prove that they paid me? I AM SO FED UP I WILL GO TO YOUR OFFICES AND SIT THERE UNTIL I GET A REFUND!!! WAKE UP GUYS - BEFORE YOU KNOW IF YOU WILL BE OUT OF A JOB WHEN NO ONE BUY'S FROM YOU!!!
