Hi i recently bought a Sara spa voucher and guess what the company closed down. they took m, y money and left.when i contacted groupon they said they will have to see what happens and since that was the case the refunded my R650 to my credit card and said they will also credit my groupon account with R200. THEN SENT ME AN EMAIL TO INDICATE THEIR SERVICES . SINCE THEY REFUNDED ME WITH MY R650 AND THEN GAVE ME R200 TO MAKE UP FOR MY LOST TIME I WAS SO HAPPY IN SAID I WAS HAPPY. A few days later I called about my R200 there was nothing they said they have to chat to their team leaders this went on for a few weeks . and each time i called they act like its the first time they are hearing it. MY 2ND complain i bought that photo book for R149 yet another ehen i wanted to print my book it said voucher already used. AGAIN groupon says i used it.
