After going through the painful experience of paying for an item that was never delivered and trying to make contact with Groupon via email, I called the customer care line. Clyde assisted me in a very professional manner and made sure all my queries were dealt. My refund request was forwarded to the refunds department to Chi Chi and I received relevant correspondence from both Clyde and Chi Chi and got my refund within a week.
