No Delivery and no response after numerous emails

I had order an Item through Wicount in mid December 2013 with Wicount with Love Dube confirming by email that the parcel had been sent out on the 24/12/2013 and gave me a Tracking number.
However when punching in the tracking number it already said back then that the Tracking number does not correspond with their details and that they could not trace the parcel.
I contacted Love Dube via email telling him about the tracking number he then forwarded my email to another person asking them to look into it, but I have not heard from anybody since then and have written numerous emails and nobody has even had the decency to reply to any of my emails and as of today I still have not received the parcel nor have I received any communications of any sorts.
This is not the first time that I have had problems and they have sent wrong orders goods were not working and although they promise to replace they never do.
