I ordered a Guess watch for fathers day on the 22 May from Wicount and still no delivery, fathers day has come and gone. every time I phone there is a different excuse. Since Thursday (20/6/2013) have been told that I would receive delivery that day. today I was told on the phone that I would receive the watch today. But when I got my tracking number . and queried the delivery date I was told that the watch had not even been dispatched and that I would only be receiving this in the next 7 to 10 days. First of all why advertise it as a fathers day gift and know that it will only be ready for dispatch at Xmas. I am really angry and disappointed as I had made a promise that I am not able to keep due to the incompetence of Wicount. Will not be using them again and sure as will make sure that everybody knows how they operate.
