I send a refund enquiry to groupon on the 20th and got an automated response with ref no:#693293 to confirm that my request was received.
Since then I haven't heard anything from them and I need this resolved as a matter of urgency.
Can someone who knows what they are doing at groupon pls respond to this SOS #693293 as their helpdesk is useless as always.
