GROUPON - FAIL!

I finally decided to give in to the Groupon craze when my friend pointed out an awesome special,
I became a groupie and made my first purchase.

Purchase was made (10 Jan 2013), and Groupon advised a delivery period of 4 weeks (to my dismay)

To date, I have not received any feedback, after sending an e mail of inquiry as to when I would receive my purchase. (it has been 6 weeks since purchase made)

Today I have requested a refund, and actually wonder if i will receive any feedback from them at all, and I will actually be very shocked if I receive my money back at all.

I am highly disappointed with their customer service and lack of communication to a paying customer.

I will NOT be using GROUPON ever again.
