Request No #664769 I have been complaining the 100th time with regards to the service and my refund which was promised in an email from Shouneez Williams. Good Day
We have sent your payment off to be settled this takes 48-72 hours This was on the 7th Feb. It is the 18th Feb. Are you lying ever going to refund my money? Or should i escalate this to another level. The consumer council, the You magazine, and Cater Blanche should investigate this matter if not resolved by you. I sure if they use Hello Peter they will see the poor same response you give everyone aswell as all the complaints received and not resolved especially regarding refunds. How would your suppliers like this.
