I spoke with a lady by the name of Rushvee on the 25th of January 2012 to cancel my Emerald membership. She said to send an email and attach my ID, which i duly did. Some months later my account was still debited with this R99. I called again and spoke to a gentleman whose name i can not remember now and he took down my details and said he'll do the cancellation and well, it wasnt done. I've been paying R99 per month for vouchers i NEVER even received and i cancelled this membership in the beginning of 2012. How difficult is it really to cancel one person's membership? Must it really take a YEAR!!! Haibo!!!

I phoned again today and spoke to a lady named Mpho and she again assured me that she's done an immediate cancellation and my account wont be debited at the end of the month. Well i'll have to wait and see if this will happen. I'm quite upset cos i keep paying for services never rendered and this is since beginning of 2012. I could've spent my money in other ways than pay for nothing. Very very very bad and unprofessional service. I wouldnt recommend Astral to anyone at all.
