Well I wanted to cancel my weigh-less membership, then my group leader gave me a number to phone, not telling me I need to send an email. Just a telephone number. When I phoned the number I spoke to a lady who took my ID and some other details to confirm that I was who I said I was. After the confirmation, she told me that my membership was cancelled... and that was that.
After viewing my bank account statement 3 months down the line, I noticed that Weigh-less was still deducting monies off of my account. After doing a query, I get told, I did not send in a written letter of cancellation, therefore they cannot refund me. So due to the negligence of their staff, I am at a loss. Non of their employees told me I need to send a letter of cancellation, and she told me that it was cancelled so I assumed it was sorted.
Pathetic service. They take your money after you cancel and then you don't even get a service rendered. To me that is just completely unacceptable.
