Provide bad service and ignore emails

I sent a long complaint to groupon after I received terrible service from on of their service providers.
I received a standard response, and since that I have heard nothing (This was over a month ago). I have sent follow up emails about 3 times, and still get no response. I am tired of standard responses, that they believe will make me go away. I want a real person to contact me and offer a solution.
