On 6 November 2012 I placed an order for 2 X 5 point massage seats. In December I enquired and was told that there have been some delays. After the holidays I have mailed regularly to be given a stock answer .. Today I finally managed to get through on the phone to be told that they only placing an order now (only now after me frequent enquiries?) and cannot tell me how long it will take. When I placed my order and received confirmation it meant there was stock and a valid contract to supply... They have a legal obligation to fulfill my order and are dragging their heels ..
