MONEY STILL NOT RETURNED

I logged a complaint 2 weeks ago if I can remember correctly and I indicated that i bought a voucher online which I never received but money was deducted from my credit card. A lady from groupon called me and told me it would take 5 working days for the money to be returned. Till this day I am waiting and no one has called to find out if I did receive the money or not. Please assist.
