Cant get my own money back

On 2 November 2012, i made a purchase from Groupon. Up until 26 March 2103 (4.5months), i still had not received my purchase. I called the call-centre and asked for my refund, and for it to be returned to my account that it was paid out of. Nyameka agreed that it could be done and will process that. Today (28 March 2013) i receive an email stating that the money is avaialble as a credit on my groupon account. I dont want a credit on my Groupon Account, I want MY money back into my creditcard.

By Groupon failing to return my money to my creditcard, and crediting my groupon account instead, they are effectively ensuring that I HAVE to buy from them in order to access my OWN money. This is very unethical business practice.

All I want is my money returned to me in my creditcard, and thats it. Failing which, i have to lodge a formal complaint with the NCC. Why cant Groupon process a simple reversal correctly!?
