False advertising: product delivered rubbish

What was delivered

Cheap and nasty chinese knock off. Not rose gold and not swarovski crystal (the packaging just says 'crystal' and the rest of it is in chinese). There was no invoice delivered with the product; after emailing them twice and being ignored; my sister was finally able to get hold of someone to be told she must now pay to courier it back to them before they will refund her. It's absolutely ridiculous.

They completely misrepresented the product and then make it almost impossible to get hold of them and then expect you to cover the cost because of their unethical business. I will NEVER use them again and I will let others know.
