Fake Swarovski Elements Tri Jewellery Set

I purchased the "Swarovski Elements Tri Jewellery Set" in January and it arrived today.
This product is most certainly NOT Swarovski quality. There are some crystals that are misted
up and not clear. They came in a very cheep pull string bag and not a Swarovski box
as an authentic Swarovski would. The authentication car reads:

"The MADE WITH SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS wording on products serves as a sign of
authenticity and the highest standard of crystal design"

This very poor English proves that this is a fake. If I have to take this product to an original
Swarovski jewelery and ask them to authenticate it I am positive that they will laugh at it.

I have spoken to Lerato at Wicount and she wants me to bring the product to their offices
in Houghton Estate. I feel that this is not the product that was advertised and the Wicount
can come and fetch it from me and give an immediate refund
