STILL AWAITING REFUND SINCE NOVEMBER 2012

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from Groupon.
I ordered the memory foam pillows in November 2012 and was informed a month later that the supplier was out of stock and I would be refunded the cost of my purchase. To date I have not received my refund, despite numerous emails to Angelique Johnson querying this, She does not respond with any further feedback.
My last email her on the 5 February 2013, advising her that should I not receive my refund or any feedback in respect thereof by 8 Febryary 2013, I would escalate this matter further...

14 February 2013 ---Still no response... Shocking customer service... take a lesson in customer care fom Ubuntu deals or Daddy's deals.
