I would like to express my disappointment at Groupon SA for the service I got from them recently. I purchased the 5-in-1 Air-0-space sofa-bed. they claim that its "The original style strength and durability". I made sure to take good care of it because I wanted it to last me a long long time. I did everything according to the instructions that come with the product. barely 3 weeks down hte line I got the shock of my life, I woke up in the morning to find the thing almost flat on the floor, I never slept on it, was using it mainly as a couch and hardly even sat on it as I spend most of the day seating in front of my PC. I sent them an email expressing my disappointment but I never got any response from anyone.
I wasn't expecting any refunds or whatever they think. I just wanted to be acknowledged. The thing comes with a repair kit, but how do you use a repair kit without knowing where the leak is.
Here is my warning people, use groupon at your on risk, especially when buying goods because if its faulty then the loss is yours.
I have learnt a lesson, I would rather buy from a physical store at a higher rate than from groupon at a discount because when I have problems I have guarantee.
