Highly unsatisfied with Groupon. Ordered a chopping board set end 2012 - as a Christmas pressie. Received it broken. Got hold of no one, and no one responded to emails or voicemails so I could return or replace it. Finally got hold of someone, nothing was done. This happened another 2 times. Finally got through to someone in March 2013 who promised me a refund and they finally collected the broken item. But still nothing further has happened. I still have no present, replacement or refund! This is highly unacceptable service!
