Non Delivery of a Christmas Present

I ordered and paid for a massage chair for my daughter for Christmas on the 13th November 2012. Despite many e mails and phone calls, I still do not have this item or a refund.

The first request said they had a problem with their couriers and it would be delivered in the first two weeks of January. When this time elapsed they had run out of stock and it would be another two weeks. I phoned again on the 28th January and the operator I spoke to had no idea what was happening but would check and e mail me my options the same day, two days later I am still waiting.
