Further to my various complaints, please and promises from Groupon, I have still not received my refund from them, and quite frankly their service. etiquette and responses are outrageous, It is past a month now since they promised me a refund, and a few minutes ago, after receiving a mail on Feb 06 16:17 - "Good day, Please allow up to 3 business days for it to reflect. Regards, Chi chi Groupon South Africa", I have just received another opne with the VERY SAME excuse as used previously on Feb 01 10:58 (SAST) - "Good day,
Thank you for your e-mail to us. I have checked for your refund and it seems that the incorrect branch code was used when processing your EFT thus the EFT was not completed. However, I will have this processed.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Warmest regards, Chi Chi."
Groupon do not appear to be at all intimidated by Hello Peter, and my reasoning is that this issue will need to be taken further with the Ombudsman. I am floored by the lack of integrity of Groupon. I want my money back, and it better be soon.
