I bought a set of colour coded chopping boards on 11/12/2012 and have not received delivery of the goods. After an initial automated response from Groupon stating my query will be followed up with the supplier, I have not received any response except an email asking me to rate their service on my query!!! which I did (poor service), no response. Why bother asking then? I sent numerous emails thereafter to Groupon with no reponse now whatsoever. It seems like my R299.00 spent is down the drain - no bargain in that.
