PAYMENT MADE HOWEVER AM TOLD IT ISN'T SETTLED

I made a payment on the 08/08/2013. On 14/08/2013, I contacted you for the vouchers. I received no response. Again contacted you today and finally I received feedback via email. However, before that I contacted your support staff and spoke to Rayne (sounded like that was her name) She said that accodring to the system my order was not settled. So, I told her that I made payment using the same reference given. She still said the payment was not settled. So I asked her what does she mean, settled as in not paid, and she couldn't tell me what if thats what settled meant to her. I don't understand cos' I made a payment, where is that MONEY??? You should have returned it by now if the deal closed. As she is also pretty much confused, 1 minute saying that it wasn't paid and and must therefore send proof of payment, and the next saying that my payment was not cleared on time. My question once again to anyone there is DO YOU HAVE MY MONEY OR NOT? If you do then you need to refund me.
