7.8 inch portable DVD player - faulty game control

I bought two of these & received them end of 2012.

During Jan'13 I found one of the game controller was not working. I notified Groupon 19th jan'13: "I have found the game controller to be broken when we tried to get the games going."

To date I have not had a response.

I need to understand what action Groupon proposes to rectify the situation.
