Mess up made right by amazing marketing manage

I ordered a product from Vuvuplaza and wanted to make sure it arrived on time for valentines day so I called their office and spoke to the marketing manager Nic who was extremely helpful. Subsequent to this I heard nothing of the package arriving at its destination (a gift for my girlfriend). I called again and spoke to Nic who checked and confirmed the package had arrived but asked to be notified once I had confirmed so. He then emailed me with suggestions should the package not arrive etc. He continued to follow up until it was confirmed that the package had reached my girlfriend. His attitude and effort will definitely cause me to use Vuvuplaza in the future
